APGAR is a kind of one medical test which is taken for the infants only. This test is taken at the first minute and fifth minute of the baby after birth. The test which is taken at the first minute identifies whether the baby stabilizes its birth. The fifth minute test determines that the infant will adapt to the new kind of environment. After taking the test, the score rate is taken. The range for the score rate is from one to ten. If the infant get the score as ten, then the infant will be considered as healthiest. But getting the full score is very rare in condition. All infant have some minor changes in their body at the time of birth. So, the normal infants are getting the score as eight or nine. The breathing process and heart rate is examined while taking this test.
