Interview is conversion of information among the interviewer and the interviewee. Here questions asked by the interviewer and take information from the interviewee. There is two kind of interview in our normal life. One is Employment related and other one is other type interviews. The employment related interviews contains several types that are Job interview, Case interview, Informational interview, Exit interview, Microsoft interview, Webcam Interview. The other interviews contain ambush interview, Cognitive interview, Computer-assisted personnel vs. telephone interviewing, Investigative interview, Ladder interview, Mall-intercept personnel interview, Mock Interview, Multiple Mini Interview, Parent-teacher interview, Repertory grid interview, Structured Clinical Interview for DSM-IV, Structured, Semi-structured, and Unstructured interview. Job interview is known as the testing of potential and capability of the interviewee by the interviewer. During the interview process the interviewer will found that the interviewee is suitable for the job.
