Law is the system of rules of conduct that has been established by the government for protecting peace and justice in the society. Lawyer is the person who is learned in the law. He is the person to promote law and order in the court for a common man and can argue for justice or in-justice for him. The role of lawyers varies according to the legal jurisdictions. There are two jurisdictions Civil and Criminal. The lawyers practice law only under these two jurisdictions where all the cases come under these two jurisdictions.
Court is the place a lawyer argues for his client. The judge is the person who hears the argument of the lawyer and writes justice for that particular person. Federal Criminal Defense Lawyers argue the cases on criminal bases like Theft, Murder and criminal activities like the same. These lawyers practice law with codes called penal codes under which only the prisoner is given the punishment according the rate of crime he has committed. Civil lawyers argue the cases on civil bases like Land Dodging, Employment issues and many like this. The lawyers are the only person who can argue in the court. There is a high court above that is the Supreme Court. So Lawyers are the respectable person in the Society.
