Tips to control Anger

That important reason of the anger is that if you do not like to do the work. Anger spoils the relationship and it also turns friend as enemy sometimes. Do not get angry that makes to the lead of blood pressure, stress and depression.
There are some tips to control the anger. If somebody makes you angry be calm and have a smiling face. Do not shout speak in a polite and soft manner. If you get angry start counting the number from one to ten in your mind to control yourselves.
If you got anger due to some incidence, then close your eyes, take deep breaths, and give yourself 30 seconds to calm down. Convert your anger into humor by seeing friends photo with horns, like monkey, like cartoon characters and so on.
Every time you get angry there is a huge amount of negative energy that is generated inside you which can be really destructive. If you feel angry, look at yourself in the mirror it will not be a pretty picture for you. You should do some exercise like walking and swimming.
Have practice of deep breathing exercises, seeing some scenes from the movies, which you like most, listening music and yoga that controls your angry and makes the mind matured.
